The Inner Workings of an Inner Circle
It is hard to balance the demands of work, family, self growth, and life. Inner Circle tackles these kinds of problems head-on.

For three-and-a-half hours each month, Inner Circle provides the entrepreneur the ability to share ideas, discuss with their peers issues that are either affecting their company, life, industry, or the entire economy. At each Inner Circle meeting, one member gives a detailed presentation on his or her business and vision, and receives pointed, intelligent, creative feedback. In a group of 12, that intense review takes place once each year.

During the remainder of the meeting, the other members discuss what’s going on in their business or their lives and bring up the issues that they most want advice on. They receive feedback and advice, and sometimes challenging questions from their respected peers and the experienced peer group facilitator.

But describing the mechanics of an Inner Circle session doesn’t do justice to what really goes on. The truth telling. The tough love. The energy. The insights. The exquisite pain. The peer pressure. The camaraderie that develops. Not to be too “New Age” about it, Inner Circles do have a special aura. For many members, belonging to one is a transformational experience.

What We Are and What We Are Not
It is worth noting what Inner Circle is not. Unlike some other organizations for business owners, it is not a vehicle for selling other services or products. Also, members have no obligations to the other members or the facilitator, except to honor the confidentiality of the meetings and to bring a focused mind and an eagerness to participate.

With Inner Circle, what you see is what you get. And what you get can be summed up as candor, insight and energy. For your business and your life.
